Thomas specializes in assisting businesses of all sizes by providing personalized strategic guidance in navigating the complicated world of intellectual property. He is experienced in many areas of intellectual property law including patents, trademarks, and intellectual property centered litigation. Some of the services he regularly provides to clients is preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, drafting patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions, and consultation and representation of clients in litigation matters. While at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, his studies focused on finite element analysis, aerodynamics, and wind tunnel testing.
