Patent Paralegal

Casimir Jones, S.C. is seeking an experienced Patent Paralegal to join its growing Patent Prosecution group in its home office. The Patent Paralegal will work with attorneys, agents, inventors, and client representatives to ensure that patent applications and responses are timely and appropriately filed worldwide. Candidates for the position of Patent Paralegal must have excellent communication and writing skills, and must demonstrate proficiency in U.S. and foreign patent laws and procedures. Patent Paralegal Assistant

Casimir Jones, S.C. is seeking a Patent Paralegal Assistant to join its growing Patent Prosecution group in its home office. Under direct guidance and supervision of attorneys and/or paralegals, the Patent Paralegal Assistant will assist in the prosecution of United States and international patent matters, develop a basic understanding of U.S. and foreign patent rules, and assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents.
