Brian F. Bradley, J.D.

Brian is experienced in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the U.S. and abroad and focuses his practice in the areas of mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies.  Brian also regularly provides clients with patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions.  Brian’s priority is delivering strategic intellectual property advice and actionable recommendations for his clients, and his diverse engineering background in electro-mechanics enables him to quickly grasp new technologies.  His graduate research focused on efficient control of electric motors, generators, and power electronics at the Wisconsin Electric Machines and Power Electronics Consortium (WEMPEC).
